Corel Draw versi X7 ini di luncurkan pada tahun 2014 silam memberikan perubahan yang berbeda pada versi sebelumnya. Walaupun ini versi lama, namun tidak sedikit memakai versi ini karena fitur sudah lumayan serta masih bisa berjalan baik pada spesifikasi perangkat dekstop menengah.
