Objective – add $oem$ folder to .iso /usb.

• $oem$ method can be used to apply activation & manufacturer brand to your Win10 • Win 8.x • Win 7 • Vista ‘.iso’/usb
• NOTE:- PC needs (Win8.x and Win10 ‘OEM-DM’ • Win7 ‘2.1 slic’ • Vista ‘2.0 slic’) bios to apply genuine oem activation.
• Project includes optional Telemetry disabling for all supported OS’s and adds domains to block through hosts file.

How To Use Multi OEM/Retail Project Build:

Win8.x|Win10
Place the downloaded ‘$oem$’ folder in the ‘sources’ folder of your ‘clean’ iso, and add custom ‘ei.cfg’ file to the same ‘sources’ folder and edit|save iso. Windows will install the edition identified from ‘ei.cfg’ file. (Project ‘Options’ folder includes ‘ei.cfg’ instructions). OOBE.cmd will call tool that will extract embedded ‘OEM-DM’ key from bios (if exists), and apply the serial during installation.

Win7
Place the downloaded ‘$oem$’ folder in the ‘sources’ folder of your ‘clean’ iso, and delete the ‘ei.cfg’ file from the same ‘sources’ folder and edit|save iso… during install you will have option to select the edition of ‘Win7’ you want installed (ie. Starter • Home Basic • Home Premium • Pro • Ultimate)… if you don’t delete ‘ei.cfg’ file, that’s OK, just means Ultimate will install by default.

Vista
Place the downloaded ‘$oem$’ folder in the ‘sources’ folder of your ‘clean’ iso, and delete the ‘PID.txt’ file (if exists) from the same ‘sources’ folder and edit|save iso… during install you will have option to select the edition of ‘Vista’ you want installed (ie. Starter • Home Basic • Home Premium • Business • Ultimate)… if you don’t delete ‘PID.txt’ file, that’s OK, just means serial used on that file will determine edition installed.

• Please read the ‘readme’ files included in the download folder, for additional information.
• “UltraISO” recommended to edit|save your .iso, preserving ‘bootable’ image.

Multi OEM/Retail Project Build 25.05.2023 Whats New

Here More Info :::
  • Updated OEM’s.7z — Asus Wallpaper (wallpaper3.jpg) {thanks Tito] and Western Digital Logos [thanks L30].Added Options:
  • Disable OEM Activations — This is basically like using the Retail.txt method to tell MRP to not use any SLIC or MSDM activation routines.
Note if you are connected to the internet during setup and a HWID or MSDM is detected then the OS may use that instead providing it is for that OS/Edition being installed, not much i can do about that. This option is also useful for those that use KMS or ‘other’ methods to activate as it should allow easier of use of those.
It is semi experimental so please test on a non critical installation (VM/spare PC) first, there should not be any issues but the default product key may be uninstalled, so you will have to insert a new key or use the ‘other’ methods to activate.
  • Disable and remove SmartScreen — Added as a separate option if the user wants to banish this. When using the ‘Disable Defender’ option smartscreen is also removed anyway.
  • RunOnceSync — This switches the new windows 10/11’s ‘all at once’ method to ‘one at a time’ much like how windows 7 performed the RunOnce system. Should hopefully prevent timing issues too as things not being run all at same time. Test if this works better for you by a test install via a VM or non production PC first.
  • Prevent Event Logging — Experimental and may not prevent all logging at this timebut it should remove/reduce most logs created.
  • Turn Off Check Boxes on Icons — Turns off the little check box thing on icons which can be annoying when a touch screen is detected.
  • Updated Prevent Telemetry option — Also will turn off the ‘smart multi-homed name DNS resolution’ which could be a potential security risk.
When this is default ‘on’ and you are using a VPN it is possible your IP address etc can be leaked via ‘fingerprinting’ methods.
There are .reg files in the optional folder under the relative OS’s (w8.x and w1x) to enable, (or disable again), this part individually. When using any of the Bitlocker options such as remove CT menu and Encryption disable if there is a TPM or if Secure Boot is Enabled even if a VM is detected, those Bitlocker options will be auto disabled to prevent later issues.

Majority of the code base has been optimized to shave off a few seconds here and there which all add up, the ‘Remove all Apps’ routine has also been sped up a bit, still adds a bit of extra time because PowerShell is slow at times. Luckily PS stuff is kept to a minimum.

A BIG ‘thank you’ to the beta testers who helped me eradicate the gremlins which caused major issues for some users. Hopefully this release finally sorts those out once and for all.

Fixed a possible issue on non English installations when querying a Service’s ‘state’ in that some returned results may not be in English, now the checks are done in a language independent way.

Some Context Menu entries that have sub menus are now updated to have separator lines to look modular.
